At the upper end of the local market, it was always going to be a somewhat slower sale, due to the relative lack of potential buyers in this price bracket. Yvette was good at filtering the buyers so that we were not having to endure "carpet crushers". And she always gave us a day or two notice prior to an inspection, which we appreciated. Eventually, it's now sold to happy new owners. Yvette certainly earned our respect for her persistence. We would recommend Yvette to prospective sellers for excellent cost effective selling.
