What I expect from a professional.

Ivette did what she promised. Turned up in time and kept in contact. Other agents were a bit wishy washy, uncommittal to say the least. Ivette's rates were clearly set out from the start and reasonable. So the sale was easy. I priced the property in a sensible price range and it sold quickly. All in all a good experience and I will not hesitate to recommend her to any other person.
