Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time in nature, unwinding at the beach, camping off-grid, and travelling the world.

Bettina brings extensive experience across hotel management, retail management and property management, including several recent years based in Noosa. With a professional yet warm approach and a strong focus on results, she is passionate about building lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional experiences for property owners. Bettina thrives on connecting with people, recognising opportunities and growing businesses through trust, outstanding service and meticulous attention to detail. Originally from Switzerland, Bettina developed a love of skiing and the mountains early in life, a passion that still holds a special place in her heart. She later spent 20 years living in Cairns before relocating to the Sunshine Coast, which she has proudly called home for nearly a decade. Her diverse experience across regions has given her a deep appreciation for lifestyle-driven property and the importance of community. In her spare time, Bettina enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family and friends and long walks along the beach.

With deep roots in the Sunshine Coast, Alicia is a true Coolum local, having lived in the area for over 30 years and completed her schooling at both Coolum State School and Coolum High. This long-standing connection gives her an authentic understanding of the local community and property market. Alicia brings valuable experience in property management and leasing, supported by a strong foundation in retail management, where she spent 15 years developing exceptional customer service, communication, and organisational skills. Known for her calm, friendly and genuine approach, Alicia prides herself on clear communication and building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys visiting local cafés for coffee, going for walks, and spending quality time with family and friends.

With a passion for people and property, Elle brings a unique blend of empathy and hands-on real estate experience to her role. Elle has worked across all facets of property management – from guest experience and leasing to managing large portfolios – and is known for her calm, capable approach, and natural ability to connect with clients. Her experience across respected agencies across QLD and NSW has equipped her with a strong understanding of the rental market, along with a refined skillset in communication, problem-solving and organisation. Outside of work, Elle enjoys spending time at the beach, and catching up with friends.

Holly is a dedicated member of the Property Management team, known for her professional, responsive, and reliable approach. She is highly focused on listening, clear communication and providing personalised service, ensuring both landlords and tenants feel supported and well informed. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Holly takes pride in delivering consistent, highquality service and building positive relationships. Outside of work, Holly enjoys staying active through fitness and sport, and loves spending time at the beach.
