Bettina brings extensive experience across hotel management, retail management and property management, including several recent years based in Noosa. With a professional yet warm approach and a strong focus on results, she is passionate about building lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional experiences for property owners. Bettina thrives on connecting with people, recognising opportunities and growing businesses through trust, outstanding service and meticulous attention to detail. Originally from Switzerland, Bettina developed a love of skiing and the mountains early in life, a passion that still holds a special place in her heart. She later spent 20 years living in Cairns before relocating to the Sunshine Coast, which she has proudly called home for nearly a decade. Her diverse experience across regions has given her a deep appreciation for lifestyle-driven property and the importance of community. In her spare time, Bettina enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family and friends and long walks along the beach.

With deep roots in the Sunshine Coast, Alicia is a true Coolum local, having lived in the area for over 30 years and completed her schooling at both Coolum State School and Coolum High. This long-standing connection gives her an authentic understanding of the local community and property market. Alicia brings valuable experience in property management and leasing, supported by a strong foundation in retail management, where she spent 15 years developing exceptional customer service, communication, and organisational skills. Known for her calm, friendly and genuine approach, Alicia prides herself on clear communication and building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys visiting local cafés for coffee, going for walks, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Amazingly responsive and proactive real estate agent. 100% confidence in the service we recieve

After changing property managers to Eastell & Co following the retirement of our previous property manager, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've made. Not long after they took over managing our property, our tenants moved out and there was a significant amount of work to organise before the new tenants could move in. We also decided it was the perfect opportunity to completely renovate both bathrooms, as well as have the house professionally cleaned, the gardens refreshed and everything brought up to its best standard. As we live overseas, managing a project like this ourselves would have been incredibly difficult, but Eastell & Co made the entire process feel seamless. Throughout it all, Holly was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, professional and reliable, keeping us informed every step of the way. Every decision was discussed with us, she obtained a range of quotes, offered excellent advice and genuinely made us feel she was acting in our best interests at all times. We never felt like just another client - we received a truly personalised service. Holly went above and beyond to ensure our home looked its absolute best and was ready for the right tenants. Olivia, who managed the tenant screening, was equally impressive. She was friendly, responsive and professional, and we really appreciated the personalised service. We feel they found exactly the right tenants for our home. We also really like the online owner portal. It's simple to use and makes it easy to see rental payments, invoices and everything happening with the property in one place whilst we are overseas.
