After changing property managers to Eastell & Co following the retirement of our previous property manager, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've made. Not long after they took over managing our property, our tenants moved out and there was a significant amount of work to organise before the new tenants could move in. We also decided it was the perfect opportunity to completely renovate both bathrooms, as well as have the house professionally cleaned, the gardens refreshed and everything brought up to its best standard. As we live overseas, managing a project like this ourselves would have been incredibly difficult, but Eastell & Co made the entire process feel seamless. Throughout it all, Holly was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, professional and reliable, keeping us informed every step of the way. Every decision was discussed with us, she obtained a range of quotes, offered excellent advice and genuinely made us feel she was acting in our best interests at all times.
