From viewing the property to negotiating a start date, collecting keys and entry reports - all very efficient and positive and felt well cared for. However since then there have been challenges communicating with the agent and getting resolution on some key issues with the property. Issues raised in the app as shown when moving in still, a week later had not been acknowledged. I followed up with an email only to be told the landlords will be informed. It's now been almost 2 weeks and we still have no updates so while we are paying for a property with a hot tub and bbq - both items are unusable and in need of servicing.
