Mel and Elle have been such a blessing to work with. From the moment I first spoke to Mel to sign up with Eastell and Co to the day she handed over care of my property to Elle for on going management, Mel has been nothing but kind and generous with her time. She's address my questions and concerns in an efficient and effective manner while going out of her way to organise additional works (prior to my sign-on with her) to make sure my place could be rented quickly and at a fair price. I was extremely impressed by her ability to secure a rental contract within a decent timeframe at a respectable rate and would recommend her to anyone thinking of letting their property on the Sunny Coast! Elle has been extremely communicative of repair works and tenant concerns since taking over carrage of my property from Mel. She is such a lovely character to work with, always ready to help me out with quotes while doing her best to make herself available when required to let trades onto site to conduct repairs and or upgrades. While I've only known Elle for a month, she has certainly established herself in my mind as a capable, kind and friend property manager - I have no concerns leaving the care of my property with her!
