We recently sold our apartment through Eastell at Coolum Beach. The reason for first calling them in was that we noticed the amount of signage on our morning walks, plus a lot of sold-activity in recent times. What we appreciated in their pitch as no push towards auction, and also no over-the-top advertising packages (which we find are all about promoting the agency). It was amazing to see their teamwork in the photo sessions and open inspections (only one needed as we sold within a week)

Clinton knows Coolum! He took a friendly interest in helping us find a new property a couple years ago and kept in contact. When our tenants moved out of our Coolum rental, we gave him the listing. Before we even cleaned the property or had it ready for listing he showed the property to a couple of interstate purchasers and sold the property for us above our price expectations and saved us a lot of time and money in preparing and then marketing the property. 10 out of 10 experience.
