Didn't lure buyers with an unrealistic guide

Bernadette was a really great agent for the sale of my unit. She was honest, friendly and upfront about what she thought the property would sell for, and Bernadette didn't try to lure people into viewings with a low guide that she knew would never be the final sale price (something I hate when I'm trying to buy!).
