It wasn’t a “cookie cutter”type property so it was going to take someone very experienced to sell it. Stacey was realistic in her pricing and didn’t over inflate the expected price just to get the listing. I really appreciated her honesty and knew that I could trust her judgment. She didn’t let us down or disappoint at any level. Her team even assisted by staging the property, and at no extra charge, provided soft furnishings and plants etc. to assist in the presentation. Stacey was successful in bringing to us a contract at an acceptable price where others had failed. We were so happy with the result and in such a short time frame. Stacey kept all of her costs down so we got exceptional value for money. It can be very difficult to choose the right Agent.
