Excellent service and understanding of client needs.
Roshiba and her team were amazing to deal with from the get go. I initially engaged with Roshiba to find a tenant for my property which was vacant for a long period of time under a different provider. After contacting Roshiba her and her team were able to find a tenant in a matter of weeks. When I decided I wanted to sell my property, I engaged Roshiba to list the property on my behalf, and again in a matter of weeks there was an offer on the table, after a few negotiations, I accepted the offer that was made. Not only was Roshiba efficient in getting the offer put forward, but she also met the expected sale price. I could not reccomend Roshiba and her team anymore, if you are looking at finding a tenant or selling a property in SA, I strongly recommend Roshiba and the team at Eden Property Services. Thank you Roshiba, for making this normally nervous time so effortless and stream lined.
