It was on a Sunday afternoon when I got on to my Allhomes app to browse and saw an open house inspection, which was unusual on Sundays. My family and I went to the inspection and met Eric who was marketing the property and the rest was history. Eric was very honest and transparent with the strengths and weaknesses (not many to begin with) of the property, showed great knowledge of the Canberra property landscape and worked with us on our offer for the property within our budget, which was eventually accepted, and he was responsible for brokering the deal for our first home. Eric is a genuine and also efficient person to work with, in regard to following up on our offers, requests and queries, and we had a very pleasant first home buying experience because of him. I would approach Eric as my marketing agent if I were to sell my house, or even contact him if I am able to purchase another property in future.

Eric was upfront with the cost of marketing my property and offered me a number of options to do so. He coordinated the photography, EER rating and liaised with my solicitor on a regular basis which made the whole process easy. Eric always had my best interest in mind and gave his honest opinion on the property value and what was achievable.
