I engaged Mary for the recent sale of my family home. A friend of mine had recently engaged her to sell their property and I am pleased I was put onto her. Mary's pre-marketing help was fantastic and she played a major part in getting the property ready for market in a timely manner. She gave great advice on what was needed to be done and was able to arrange cleaners and tradespeople to come in quickly to get things sorted. She didn't seem to miss anything in the preparation and works well with building inspectors and staging teams. Once the property was put to market, Mary opened the home Saturdays, Sundays and midweek (late afternoons once a week) until we found the right buyers. After each listing Mary reported back to me on the feedback and offers she received. Mary also worked well with my solicitors who needed a bit of a push at times to get things done quickly and properly. Mary puts in 110% effort 24/7 - she seems to work all hours of the day. She's both an organizer and a people person. She's smart, gets things done efficiently and knows her stuff. Mary is considerate and follows your instructions - is down to earth, positive and seems to genuinely enjoy working with people. She's personable and makes you feel like you're her number one client. Mary is very passionate. Her attention to detail ensured our home was presented immaculately to achieve maximum appeal to buyers. As a result Mary was able to achieve a sale well above our asking price in only 3 days! Mary was also extremely flexible and proactive. She was always available—night, day and weekends. She managed all the engagement with solicitors for the administrative elements of the sale and made sure we had plenty of notice when we were needed.

Mary has just sold a second property for us. I'm a very busy professional and Mary sorted everything out for us and got a fast sale at a great price. Mary organised the styling and minor repairs needed. She was very flexible with private viewings for potential buyers. She had done her homework and knew all the details of the property so could answer queries appropriately. She was persistent in following up potential buyers and had multiple offers within the two weeks of going on the market with offer accepted just 19 days of going on the market at $70,000 more than starting price! She was then just as persistent liaising with the conveyancer to resolve queries resulting in an exchanged contract within 4 weeks of the advertising starting. I can't recommend her highly enough!
