I engaged Mary for the recent sale of my family home. A friend of mine had recently engaged her to sell their property and I am pleased I was put onto her. Mary is very passionate. Her attention to detail ensured our home was presented immaculately to achieve maximum appeal to buyers. As a result Mary was able to achieve a sale well above our asking price in only 3 days! Mary was also extremely flexible and proactive. She was always available—night, day and weekends. She managed all the engagement with solicitors for the administrative elements of the sale and made sure we had plenty of notice when we were needed.
