Peter facilitated purchasing a home easy and pleasurable. We became acquainted with his many admirable qualities dealing with him. We found his up-front, straight talking honesty welcome and comforting. Peter was a very prompt communicator and nothing seemed to be too much trouble - whether it was meeting with him at a time that suited us or replying instantly to a 10pm email. I am grateful for his approach of sharing his knowledge to aid our decision making but to then give us space to make a decision with out any pressure. Following our experience purchasing a home through Peter I would not hesitate dealing with him to again buy or to sell. Thank you Peter!

I would not hesitate to recommend Peter to anyone. He handled the whole process perfectly and we always knew what was happening. I especially liked his honest straight talking nature, I always knew his thoughts and never felt like he was trying to misrepresent anything. You can really tell Peter does this for a love of the job!
