Steve, provided sound guidance from the start. He assisted in getting my home prepared for sale & was available whenever required. Amazingly I had a large number attend the opening which resulted in 5 offers! Steve was able to negotiate quite quickly a best and final offer, which exceeded my expectations. There was no lengthy back/forwards communications - he was efficient, diligent & had my best interests in mind throughout the process. Having spoken to a variety of the agents, i choose Steven Thomas to sell my house because of his ability to sound like a professional rather than a bumbling salesman. He is a doer. Steve is clear, concise, no-nonsense, very efficient and has better understanding of the selling and rental market than anyone else i have dealt with in this industry over the last 10 years. Above all, he is an excellent communicator. His commission rates are fair and his marketing is sensible, effective and very punchy. His brochures are totally different, and attract attention.
