Rhonda gave such good advice at start of sales process that by the time we went to market I was confident we had everything in place. Rhonda took the stress out of organising styling, marketing and dealing with tradies. I only had a short time to get house ready but Rhonda put me in touch with tradies, dealt with the paperwork and when I had to be out of the country at the time of sale she looked after everything. Rhonda is a great communicator, letting me know what to expect during the process, keeping me informed whilst I was travelling and made an executive decision when necessary. I loved her styling of the house. As a result of her hard work and time and effort one of the first prospective buyers through the house made an offer. Due to her knowledge of the market we got above a little above the price we expected. I recommend Rhonda to anyone selling or buying.

Rhonda was so easy to work with all through the purchasing process. After the first advertised inspection, follow-up viewings were a breeze to organise at a time that suited us. There was no pressure or real estate spin, she just let the property speak for itself and answered all the questions we had. After our offer was accepted Rhonda gave us regular and clear communication through each step of the settlement process, so we were confident that if any issues did come up she would help us work through them with minimum stress. Ideally I won’t be moving and buying a new house any time soon, but when the time comes I hope to be dealing with an agent like Rhonda.
