We had trouble to sell our house, therefore we changed to Sam from Edge. Sam was very thorough, visited the house three times before we contracted him and gave excellent tips on how we should present the house for sale. During the sale Sam was tirelessly working at the regular and frequent open house inspections to find a buyer for us. We always got progression updates; he always kept us in the known. Sam did not have the shiny, countless pages of brochures and print outs when he established our house price, but he has a 15 plus year experience, and good common sense. I found his percentage initiative the best. Sam sold our house and negotiated a desirable price for us. I would work with him again in the future.
