We made our initial enquiry to sell our home three years prior and had Richard come to carry out an appraisal. Over the three years until we were ready to sell, Richard kept in touch at the right times - such as when a comparable property was open to inspect in our street, or when a property in the immediate area had sold. His communications were clear and honest, never pushy or over whelming. Richard showed a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the market providing information and data that was relevant to help with our decisions. When we were ready to sell the property, Richard organised last minute trades who were all high quality and very well priced at a time when trades were hard to come by. The staff in the Edison office were excellent and always a step ahead guiding us to what to expect, what documentation was required and timelines for the process. We had our property under offer within 2 weeks and got the price we were seeking. We found Richard to be pro-active and thinking a step ahead when we came to him with questions.
