We had a great experience selling our home with Richard and his team. From the outset Richard was great to work with and he was always available to support us with various questions that we had along the way. We were very happy with his marketing strategy, photos and online advert. Richard and his team were highly professional and efficient to work with throughout the offers, acceptance and settlement phases. We would happily re-engage his services and recommend him and his team.

We made our initial enquiry to sell our home three years prior and had Richard come to carry out an appraisal. Over the three years until we were ready to sell, Richard kept in touch at the right times - such as when a comparable property was open to inspect in our street, or when a property in the immediate area had sold. His communications were clear and honest, never pushy or over whelming. Richard showed a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the market providing information and data that was relevant to help with our decisions. When we were ready to sell the property, Richard organised last minute trades who were all high quality and very well priced at a time when trades were hard to come by. The staff in the Edison office were excellent and always a step ahead guiding us to what to expect, what documentation was required and timelines for the process. We had our property under offer within 2 weeks and got the price we were seeking. We found Richard to be pro-active and thinking a step ahead when we came to him with questions. We will recommend Richard to our friends and would use his services again without hesitation.

Thea is not only an excellent, professional and trustworthy agent, she is also very personable, easy to deal with and has a good eye for detail. She also has an excellent knowledge of the market which meant that she priced the property appropriately making it attractive to a good pool of potential buyers. She is very responsive to requests for information and keeps you up-to-date with developments as the sale process unfolds. I highly recommend Thea as a selling agent.

Rich’s professionalism and knowledge of the industry and specifically the Scarborough/Doubleview area throughout the entire process is why he's been so successful and sort after for real estate in these postcodes. Rich’s sister happens to be an acquaintance of mine so we were lucky enough to be referred to Rich by her, as my partner was very keen to buy in the Scarbs/DV area. From our first meeting with Rich he was friendly and supportive to what we were looking for and was continuously suggesting houses for us to look at, just to help us get an idea of what we liked and also what was in our budget. He was always contactable, whatever time of the day or weekend and his team of Blake and Monique were superb in their support of Rich. It was my first time buying a property so it involved a lot of unknowns but Rich was extremely empathetic to this and alleviated all our worries. Whether you’re a first time buyer buying a small home or looking at high end property, Rich is definitely the person to go to.

Natarsha didn’t just look for a quick win in a hot market, that would have been easy. She approached the sale of our home using a carefully thought out individual plan to help us achieve the best result. We needed to make a leap of faith; to trust her expertise and allow her to run a campaign that I’m in no doubt achieved a greater result for us than the usual approach. She is a master negotiator who listened to understand what we/buyers wanted, provided sound advice about preparing for the sale and worked tirelessly throughout. During the entire process she kept us informed and applied her exceptional communication and negotiation skills to achieve a result we could only have imagined. Natarsha’s experience, skills and honest approach demonstrate a genuine interest in getting the best for her clients. My advice…call her!

Richard and Monique were incredibly professional, efficient and understanding with us while we were reaching out to purchase our first home. They were so patient with our many questions and so easy to work with. Real estate agents can get a really bad reputation these days but it was so refreshing to work with Richard and Monique who filled all their interactions with us with so much humanity.
