Michael has demonstrated a keen knowledge of the Churchlands area and has always demonstrated professional patience with me, for over more than 6 years that I have used his knowledge on housing values in my area. So when it actually came time to sell I didn't need to find and develop a relationship with an Realestate sales person , it was there already. Michaels evident success in sales shows him to be "unhurried" and he applied no "salesman" pressure whatsoever ( he plainly does not need too) With the actual sales campaign , Michael and his team ( important to know he has one working for him) were in touch constantly via a special group chat with my wife and I ( great idea). When it came down to the "nitty gritty" of the offers coming in thick and fast, again Michael's cool head and common sense really helped us on deciding which offer to accept. Both Michael's and his teams service / communication kept to the same high levels right up to and beyond settlement - please don't think I have "laid on thick", I have been in self employed sales myself for over 33 years and I can spot both good and poor sales people at a distance!

The sale of my house was a big job, and being a full time working single parent I did not have the time or the contacts to organise the tradies, the staging, the marketing and all the follow up that came with it. Thea took care of everything. She made a plan for me, used her local knowledge to line up the people and companies I needed, gave me all the advice I wanted and was always available to help solve problems that arised, even down to the last minute.
