I have seen Brads work over many years and he stands out from the agent pack and it’s turned out to be a great choice to work with him. I find him very trustworthy (which is critical in these large transactions), proactive from start to finish (including invaluable help to show the property in its best light), and competent due to his abilities and long industry experience. He negotiated a ‘full asking price cash offer’ which was a wonderful outcome. In the end we had 3 buyers showing strong interest at the same time and one was the successful buyer. Brad was excellent with the finer detail of the whole sale process and I never once had any issue with his work. He is a genuinely nice guy as well and has a very good reputation in the industry. We came to Richard after an awful experience with a previous agent (not to be named) who promised the world & talked the talk, but could not deliver & did not do due diligence on our offers. We had gone through the heart breaking and frustrating experience of having to pull our place off the market due to the imminent arrival of baby no. 2, after going to all the work of photos, home opens & advertising (pregnant with a toddler in tow!) from no fault of our own, which meant our subject offer fell through on our proposed new family home.
