A great agent. Can't recommend highly enough.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with Steve and the effort he put in to sell our home. He definitely went the extra mile. He was willing to match the other agent we were considering for his fee and it was definitely money well spent. His marketing strategy was spot on and he got us a reasonably quick sale in a tough market. Even when we had agreed on a sale price he was able to negotiate a better price for us, even though it mattered little to his commission. We came to regard Steve as a friend and we can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and work ethic. Although our sale was to leave the area, should we ever move back to the Gippsland area we wouldn't even consider using another agent. We have recommended him to all of our friends and family.
