We achieved our target price in a shorter timeframe than we expected.

After researching feedback from other vendor’s direct experience, we selected 3 agents to consider in depth. Nyal put in the most time and effort to understand the property, and was the only one that talked us through potential marketing strategies. We agreed a flexible sales and marketing strategy that was very specific to our unique property. We felt our buyer would likely be from interstate and we needed to address that market (it sold to a mainland buyer). The videographer/photographer Nyal brought to the process was also excellent. Nyal is a proactive communicator, and a likeable fellow. The value Nyal achieved was >15% above ‘the most you could achieve’ statements by the other two agents. We have no hesitation in recommending Nyal.
