For the past 40 years, Nyal has lived in the Huon Valley where he has enjoyed operating a successful family business in the Geeveston area. He is an enthusiastic member of the Community, being involved in many sporting organisations and is currently a member of the Huon Valley Badminton Association and President of the Cygnet Tennis Club. Informed, accurate market knowledge

Deb put us at ease and gave us confidence in her planned approach to present and sell our house.

We are aged 90 and 91 and our daughter suggested we should meet Deb Stephens to sell our house of 45 years. Our daughter met Deb when obtaining a valuation on her own home and felt confident Deb was a good fit for us because she communicates in a steady, clear and thoughtful manner and we would not feel overwhelmed. We are so glad we did meet Deb. She provided her plan and scheduled approach from the outset to achieve the best sale price possible in a short time frame, taking into account our financial commitments related to entering aged care. Deb maintained a laser like focus on the tasks to be completed by her and the family to prepare the house. She gave clear instructions, suggestions and support. The photo presentation of the home and property was beautiful and the written description was fantastic. Two open homes and 9 offers resulted in the highest offer contract signed in 7 days of the property going on the market. The sale price exceeded our expectations. The contract went unconditional the following week. We know Deb definitely was the best fit for us and the best person to sell our house.
