Could not recommend David or EIS Property more highly, very professional & great communication

I have known David Gunning for a number of years and dealt with EIS Property previously as a tenant. We asked his advice in preparing our investment property for sale and found this paid off resulting in achieving a great price. He is always highly professional, works extremely hard for the vendor to get the best price and conditions on a contract, has great communication skills and felt very confident in signing the sole agency that he would get the job done quickly. Our property went on the market on a Thursday with numerous contracts presented on the Saturday. We would highly recommend David and EIS Property.
