A difficult time made easy with a personal/professional agent
I first approached Garry over a year ago. He took the time to provide a no obligation valuation of my property, knowing full well I was not yet ready to commit to selling. I had some minor dealings with other agents operating in this area but never felt the same personal connection. I would often just chat with Garry and when the tome came to go to market he was first and only choice of an agent to go with. The process was straight forward, quickly progressing from paperwork to advertising, great photography, an effective marketing strategy and ultimately a SOLD sign on the board. I have no hesitation in recommending Garry and CSBM as an agent for anyone considering selling (or buying).

Exceptional Experience
Garry has recently sold our home. As a first time seller, Garry was informative and communicated extremely well. This sale period was a very stressful time for us, with a new baby and the final stages of a house build - Garry was both supportive and understanding, making this sale a great experience. Garry and his team are very professional and down to earth, very easy to deal with. Garry was realistic with price expectations and actually secured a wonderful sale price with a short time on the market. Highly recommend.
