About Jenifer

Jeni Dawson has been a real estate since 2011 and works with Elders as a residential sales representative specialising in the coastal town of Bremer Bay and surrounding areas. Jeni and her family moved to Bremer Bay in 2009 for its laid back lifestyle, the strong sense of community & healthy coastal living. Jeni has sold everything from small lots and holiday shacks to luxurious seaside homes and lifestyle properties. She is particularly good at helping people to find the right property for them with her extensive knowledge of the Point Henry Peninsula and its unique environment. In April 2018 Jeni won “Elders Outstanding New Talent in Sales” for the state of Western Australia. This was for her continued growth in a new market and a high level of customer satisfaction. Jeni loves the challenge of matching buyers with their ideal homes and helping her clients dreams of a sea change come to fruition. Understood our needs and easy to work with

Blair was easy to work with, listened to us and clearly communicated his strategy. Once we signed, he was on to it straight away so we were able to go to market quickly. His market insight helped us to be both realistic and hopeful about the sale and we were happy with what we got for the house in the end. We were away for a month while the sale was in process but Blair kept the process going and kept us up to date. We were really pleased with the whole experience and highly recommended Blair as a sales agent.

Residential Land
