Sean knew the area well and was able to help with all questions, even some odd ones I had. He would always get back to us promptly, and was always able to meet with us when we needed to view the property. Sean knew the details of the property very well. We weren't seriously looking for anything to purchase and only that this property appeared in the local paper that we had purchased off hand, we saw the ad and rang Sean and he was most helpful.
