Very approachable agent
We purchased a property with Mark as the selling agent. He was very approachable, and provided excellent communication and a fast response time. In the past we have dealt with agents in the area who took a long time to return calls (if at all) but Mark would always respond in a fast timeframe. I would recommend using Mark and all the team at Elders Bairnsdale.

Wonderful Agent
I would recommend dealing with Sean, when I purchased the property he had to let me in 1/2 dozen times before settlement, then he had to deal with me changing my mind all the time when I decided to sell....but we got it sold in such a short amount of time... Thanks to Sean, Mark and the team at Elders Real Estate Bairnsdale...cheers

I would like to take the time to thank Mark for all his support and time given in helping me through the process of us purchasing our first home. Hi Sean, Jo and l just wanted to say a couple of words about our experience with Elders and particularly yourself. After my first conversation with you on the phone, my first comment to Jo was, l like this bloke,(he’s fair dinkum, not trying to fill me full of fairy floss, which is rare for sales people it seems. So as they say (first impressions) set the foundation for a great relationship with You, we felt all the way through, that we were in good hands, and when you are making such a big decision as we were, it gives great peace of mind. You went above and beyond to help us and Joe get here on such short notice 21 days. If you continue to work ethically and as hard as you did for the vendor and us, you can’t not succeed. l truly believe if you hadn’t offered to help and encourage him to keep going and get the place cleaned out, we would not have been able to settle in the short notice that we needed to.
