You couldn't ask for a better agent than Sean. From the first initial meeting he was prepared with information and knowledge of previous sales and houses on the market in our price range to show us what his thoughts were on our property. To the communication about bringing possible buyers through and the honest feedback about the price and house itself. Through to the sale and communication afterwards to make sure we were happy and to keep us in the loop. We couldnt stop recommending him enough to our friends and family.

From Sean's first inspection of my property to give me an estimation of it's market price, till I signed the paperwork to finalize the sale, I was kept informed through all stages of the negotiations. The property value was in keeping with my estimation, and the final purchase price was better than I imagined I would achieve. If I was required to rate Sean's ability in three words, they would be. Honest, respectful and considerate. To say I was pleased would be an understatement.

Great agent. Doesn't harass you when he has your phone number. Has suggestions for properties with your wants, instead of pushing certain properties on you. Lets you wander around properties by yourself, doesnt follow you like a shadow with commentary. Good negotiating for both buyer and sellers. Have used Mark multiple times as an agent for buying and selling, and would highly recommend go through him!
