We cannot recommend Mark highly enough! From the first contact through to the present he has only been a phone call or text away. Mark took onboard everything we discussed and remained in communication with us the whole time. No question was too trivial, no request was too menial and responses were always within minutes. We were guided through the whole process regarding documentation etc. efficiently and in a courteous and calm manner without any pressure. Mark advised on the current market situation and explained fully the hows and whys of the best tack for us to take which ultimately found us the right buyer for the property. He always made sure the house was shown under the best conditions and was extremely reliable when it came to the security of the home after inspections. Mark (and O'Brien's for that matter) have a reputation in town as being reliable, honest and of being a good agent. When individuals asked who was handling things for us and they were told Mark at O'Briens there was nothing but positive affirmation of the choice we had made.
