I find Elders Bankstown staff are very helpful and professional. The property manager for my unit is Chloe Gee , she is doing an excellent job and very professional. Chloe rang me in her day off to discuss an applicant to rent my unit. I appreciate all her help and hard work. She organised open house when tenant wants to view the unit any other day. Also I thank Paul Wehbe for doing an open house at a very short notice, I find Paul very helpful and professional. Also the receptionist Dalida is very help. All the team at Elders Bankstown are great, I have been with Elders Bankstown for more than 20 years, I trust them.

Upon moving in I pointed out the fan in the bathroom was not working. I have now reached my 4th week of waiting for this office and or landlord to do something. Something so simple and easy to fix but I guess this shows where this real estate's interest are held.

Unit wasn’t throughly cleaned (broken glass under sink, bathroom not to standard, kids drawings left behind and a lot of rubbish left in and around the garage). The bathroom had leaks (shower and toilet). Grass was waist high. And yard unkept. Half the keys at first didn’t work and none of the agent keys worked. Previous tenant took the NBN white box with them. Never have self with ten agent face to face. And is near impossible to get hold of on the phone to talk with.
