My property is being well managed by Elders. I don't have to worry too much about it. I am only contacted for important such as additional costs and maintenance requirements in my unit, change of tenants and tenant meetings as well as marketing if searching for new tenants. Everything else, including searching for new tenants, they deal with professionally. Elders ensure that my property have good tenants and weekly rental income, and they email me a clear monthly rental document keeping me stress free. I sincerely recommend them.
