I contacted Elders Bankstown to rent out our property. Kate visited us promptly and provided an estimate of the rental value and also guided us through all the paperwork. Once we vacated the property, they photographed the property the next day and advertised in real estate websites, and inspections were arranged twice a week starting from the same week. The property was rented out quickly without us having to do anything. Thanks Kate Seymour and Elders Bankstown for the excellent service.
