It's been months since we moved to out current residence but follow ups with our agent Michelle are neverending. Its takes too much time, multiple reminders, phone calls and follow ups to get her response and even more effort to get an action. We've been chasing her about getting the AC inverter fixed since April but we're still waiting, and the weather is gettimg really cold these days. We are extremely frustrated dealing with her. Could we be assigned a different agent?

I shall focus on Jackie as I walked in off the street on a whim and found her by coincidence- she turned out to be very professional and a lovely person.I gave her the business, and have not looked back since. Jackie is a pleasure to work with. She is sensitive to clients' needs, respectful of client circumstances and did not ask unnecessary questions. Her manner was warm but professional. I got the impression that she was as honest as can be - which is genuinely a breath of fresh air in that profession.
