I am of the view that credit should be given when it's deserved. From the very beginning Tony has shown a sincere helpfulness and friendliness which has transmitted into a calmness on me in this somewaht stressfull period of buying and selling. He has also negotiated an acceptable price (prior to auction) on my house in this recent slow property market. Also Tony has been involved with the settlement date acceptable to all parties. Even after settlement, Tony has shown keen interest and provided some sound advice thereafter.
