With the reputation that real estate agents have in the industry and based on my personal experiences, coming across an agent who was ACTUALLY pleasant to deal with was a welcoming surprise. An agent who focuses on marketing the home on its features and finishes rather than fielding inspectees with the standard line of questioning on their finances. From my first inspection through to settlement, Ziad has been amazing and extremely accommodating to my requests for additional inspections and opening up for me to take measurements so I can order the correct pieces of furniture for the space. He was also quick to resolve matters that were raised during my inspections without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble with Ziad. Personable, relatable and attentive to feedback and viewpoints without judgement are great qualities of Ziad. Looking for a house is not easy. I have looked over 70+ properties through out my house hunting journey for around close to 3 months and I have met a lot of real estate agents. Ziad is one of the agent that I would trust. His communication is very clear and straight forward, and I could trust him with any information that I was provided. Talking to him is very pleasant. His time that he gave to us to do open inspections, was something that not all agent can do. Every items that we talked to him about the house, he did some actions to it, and not just say yes yes yes and do nothing. Through out the entire process, he was incredibly responsive and super helpful.
