Marnie worked extremely hard to sell my property, she thought outside the square to market and then successfully sell my property, which I had rented out for over 10 years and it was in desperate of some TLC, we had a couple of false starts but Marnie rose to the challenge, developing different marketing strategies which resulted in an excellent price and a smooth transition for my tenant and an easy transaction for the buyers, several times I wanted to give up on selling but Marnie persevered and encouraged me to keep it on the market, with a great out come, I am very happy with her time effort dedication and communication skills throughout the whole process.

I cannot speak highly enough of Marnie and her recent efforts in the successful selling my property. Marnie genuinely goes 'above and beyond' relative to my previous experience with other real estate agents. This approach helped both ensure, and included: a notable realism and reasonableness in the offers I received from prospective buyers, smooth and successful finance approval for the buyer as a result of the Bank's required valuation, assistance to the buyer in the continued inspection and visits to the property during the settlement period (for renovation planning purposes). I would not recommend anyone else to a prospective seller, and would definitely utilise Marnie's services again.
