Marnie worked extremely hard to sell my property, she thought outside the square to market and then successfully sell my property, which I had rented out for over 10 years and it was in desperate of some TLC, we had a couple of false starts but Marnie rose to the challenge, developing different marketing strategies which resulted in an excellent price and a smooth transition for my tenant and an easy transaction for the buyers, several times I wanted to give up on selling but Marnie persevered and encouraged me to keep it on the market, with a great out come, I am very happy with her time effort dedication and communication skills throughout the whole process.
