Our experience with Di was a journey through one of the most difficult years due COVID 19 and all the impacts that it had on the Real Estate market. We had no experience in selling property in Brisbane so we researched agents on the internet and selected the three (including Di) as the best performing and with good reviews from their clients. We met and interviewed all three and Di came out well ahead due to calm personality, professional presentation and honest approach to selling our home. Due COVID 19 we took the property off the market returning in July and Di has worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best result possible. Diligent, honest and communicated regularly on the progress of the sale she presented a professional report on a regular basis. We have no hesitation recommending Di to become your agent.

Our sales were problematic as we had issues getting plan sealing through council. Di kept everyone fully informed and provided a cool head when needed. Outstanding service and a huge depth of knowledge which she happily and willingly shared.

Di was great! It is my partner and I’s first time buying a house and Di made it so much easier, she was willing to answer all our questions and guide us through one of the biggest decisions of our lives. Di has really become our family agent as she also sold my brother his property - thank you so much Di!

My husband and I recently purchased our first property with Di. Although it was a scary and very new experience for us, Di was there every step of the way and was always reassuring. She is extremely professional in every way, very responsive and explained everything to us in great detail. I cannot recommend her enough. Amazing to work with and hope to do so again in the future!

After looking at multiple properties and making multiple offers we engaged with many different agents. Di was a standout and as a buyer, we would use her to sell our properties in the future. She had the sellers best interest at heart the whole time which we totally respected but was still very engaging and helpful to us as purchasers. We would not hesitate to recommend Di to our friends and family.

I am very grateful to the friend who recommended Di to me when I decided it was time to downsize from the home I have lived in and loved for the last 17 years. I've had little experience with Real Estate, but with Di's friendly but professional approach, and armed with her extensive knowledge and experience, she was quick to understand my situation and what I wanted to achieve. The right buyer for my property was soon found. Di kept me informed as the sale progressed and made the whole process run smoothly. Thanks a million!
