I've been in the market looking to purchase my first home for about 11 months now. Going to inspections 2-3 times every weekend can be very tiering. As a buyer, it’s very difficult dealing with real estate agents as a whole in Brisbane, but Di Webb changed my outlook. Di was easy to work with, a great communicator and knowledgeable in marketing tactics to achieve the best price for the property. I felt Di also bought a real balanced approach to the buyer and seller side. This time I was selling my property but I purchased the property initially from her. Great advice given and a quick property sale with only one inspection at the price point I wanted. Reasonable commission rate given value and experience.
