Cannot give enough thanks or praise for Anderw Hodge
The professional , caring, understanding service Andrew has shown me over the years cannot be praised high enough. Andrew was my property manager years ago when I was renting in SA. When he was the property manager I found him to be the most caring, reliable agent for both myself and the landlord. Fast forward years later and I asked that he manage a house for me in SA while I was living in Melbourne. Andrew treated my property like it was his own and I had nothing but trust in every piece of advise provided. When I decided to sell the property I asked Andrew to sell the property for me as I couldn't go elsewhere as I knew he would represent the house and myself the best way possible. In the time he had it listed he kept me up to date every week of the time it was on the market and would reassure me if things looked doubtful. Andrew exceeded every expectation I had in the selling process making a stressful situation as enjoyable and profitable as possible. I have met many agents over the years with my experience in the financial markets in SA, Melbourne and NSW. I honestly would ask Andrew to represent any position in Real Estate as true honest professionals are very rare and Andrew Hodge is the only one I have met that will deliver way above any expectations one could hope for as he genuinely cares about his clients.
