Whenever there was a particularly difficult situation with the tenant, Miranda was excellent in negotiating with him. All her emails to the tenant and to VCAT, were superbly composed during the time prior to him leaving before possible eviction. Miranda also referred me to many necessary tradesmen and handymen. She had an excellent knowledge of the right person for the job. The sale was not easy during a downturn in the market, but never the less was secured.
