Nick was easy going and professional in regards to the sale of my house. Had it sold in a good timeline. Worked hard and gave me honest feed back in regards to issues, pricing, and general tips. The Personal Touch
We saw a for sale sign in front of a cozy little house with his name on it. We called his number as we wanted a closer look and as luck would have it, he was there in minutes. His friendly, human nature shone immediately as he answered (in great detail) each of our respective qualms with incredible understanding about where he was standing and what we were looking for. Soon enough, we decided to buy the house and from that moment to when we received the keys, Nick was extremely helpful and gladly gave us all the assistance we needed leading up to settlement. His personal, good-humoured approach assured us only we found the best house but the best agent too. Having dealt with various amateurs in the past, this was a welcome change. Clueless first home buyer.
I’m a clueless first home buyer, Nick was and still is excellent at answering all my random questions. Like “Does this property have a clothes line? Because I can’t see one” he helped me look for it with a few laps around the house. He was incredibly patient answering my questions even when it was getting late at night. He also was wonderful at helping me gain access for a contractor quote before settlement was finalised. I’ve already told friends and relatives in the greater Ipswich/Somerset area if they are in the market to buy or sell to check Nick out and see if he is the right fit for them. He is great at catering to the needs of young and old, experienced and inexperienced alike.

I met with 17 real estate agents in my search for an investment property, all deserve praise, but if I was to pick a clear winner, it would be Nick... Start to finish, he's carried himself with fluency and charisma as if he's been doing what he does for 60 years. Pretty impressive to experience it from a man in his 20's.
