A man with a vision
After meeting with several other agents to inspect my property I met with Nick. Nick was different to every other agent I'd met with, young, super friendly, switched on and with this finger on the pulse of the housing market. He suggested a full scale advertising campaign, staging, professional photography and videography, online advertising, paper based, the lot! He had a vision that nobody else did. At first I was bit skeptical about if because every other agent I spoke with was of the belief that my property wouldn't benefit from the extra advertising, but after some careful consideration I agreed with Nick. It honestly was the best decision I could of made, with the staging and professional imagery done, the place looked phenomenal, so much so that I signed a contract 2 days later for $30000 more than other agents had suggested I'd get. Unfortunately the buyer couldn't get finance, but full credit to Nick, he worked super hard and found another buyer for the same price within a couple of weeks. For anyone considering selling, please do yourself a favour and contact Nick, he won't disappoint. Nick, thank you so much for everything you did.
