Professional and pain free
We worked with Stewart on the sale of our property from 1500 kms away. Right from the beginning Stewart came across as being very professional prompt and well aware of the current market. He secured a favourable contract within a short time, and then went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through due to us being so far away. Stewart is the best agent I have dealt with by far and I will definitely utilise his services again, and advise anyone I know in need of a dedicated professional hard working agent to give him a call.

Above expectations
I didn't choose Stewart, I just asked the real estate company that had been managing my investment property for almost 10 years, to get a member of their sales team to contact me. Nick was very professional during the process committed the facts no small talk that did not add value. Nick achieved $40,000 over the price we had on the home we were very happy with the outcome. Being in a management role myself for over 30years Nick is the style of person I would love to have working for me. Goes above and beyond
Nick sold a house and a block of land for me, the house took some time to sell due to contracts falling through however as soon as one fell through another contract was being sorted. Nick worked past normal hours showing people the house at night and Sundays. I have no hesitation in recommending him to someone that wants there house sold by someone that is up front and honest with there clients
