Rachael allowed the adults to spend time looking over properties while spending her time engaging our younger children, which was incredibly helpful. Moving to the area from the other side of Melbourne Rachael was easy to work with making times to view the properties when it was convenient for us coming to town. communication was easy between her and the vendor when we asked questions answers would come promptly, she was patient and understanding when we had some hiccups in our sale. we got there in the end. I would recommend her and all of the team at Shoreside Realy. Even Rahima was there at times to answer questions and was also very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Team I'm loving my new home!
