Sang Tat is a excellent sales agent and made us totally relaxed during the complete sales process of the house in LIDCOMBE . As recommended and agreed by us we went through the process of Auction of the house . Each step was explained to us . Sang gave a good exposure of the property including pamphlets placed in the letterboxes in the local regional area , good digital exposure on the internet Real Estate and Domain web sites , arial drone shots , plan of the property etc . We kept the advertisement period for five weeks a little longer to get good exposure to the public with every Saturday open house and private viewing by appointments . Sang and his team took care of this very professionally . Regular weekly Report update were given every Wednesday to us to get a feel of the market . On the auction day the whole process was done professionally and we could get a price which was acceptable to us . We will highly recommend others to use Elders LIDCOMBE led by Mr Sang Tat . He is a Australian Chinese and most of the buyers are also Chinese or Asian background in this region . This is good as he can get closer the the real buyers .
