Attentive, Knowledgeable, and Highly Recommended Rural Agents
We enlisted Elders to sell a rural property with acreage and modest dwelling after an unsuccessful stint with another agent. From the get-go, Kellie and Sam were enthusiastic about selling the property and provided us with regular updates on marketing progress and responses. Kellie was always available to answer questions and offer advice about how to get the best result. We were kept fully informed about opens and inspections, and there was generous time made available when offers were under consideration. Fantastic Agent advising actions to maximize sale price, constantly updating us with sale progress.
Kellie is a wonderful Agent with an in depth knowledge of the market relating to the sale of our equine suited property. She, initially suggested steps to take to ensure the best possible sale price and during the sale process updated us with each enquiry by prospective purchasers, including all the tire kickers. We were very happy with the final negotiated sale price which exceeded our thoughts as to what would be achieved.
