I was looking for a salesperson to sell my properties, after reserching estate agents and results in the area, my choice was to ask Sandra if she was interested in selling my properties, Sandra is a very profesional sales agent and and keeps things up to date. Neither sale was straight forward, the first buyers having broker problems causing long delays before settlement and Sandra managed to help them to overcome the problems to buy the house. The second property had a title issue which caused some prospective byers some concern, Sandra adressed the problem with a buyer who was happy with the answers and bought the block.
